Any client who pays at the completion of run by either comm-check, cash, money order, or tcheck WILL receive a 10% discount.
Lead, Chase, Escort $1.15 per mile
High Pole $1.25 per mile
Optional Hourly Rate Per Vehicle $40.00
Daily Rate Per Vehicle $350.00
Overnight Fee Per Driver $65.00
Standby / Non-Movement Per Vehicle $25.00
Traffic Control / Construction Flaggers $20.00
Route Survey $1.00 per mile
Cancelation after vehicles are dispatched $125.00 per car

**Minimum charge applies after vehicle is dispatched!, If your load does not move due to no fault of Eagle Escort Service, cancellation and or hourly standby rates will be applied! We are not responsible for permits or loads not secured properly or your vehicle malfunctions. We will work with you in anyway possible and reasonable!
· ***if on mileage charges dead miles/standby/non-movement (i.e. permit complications, traffic or weather conditions) hourly rate applies in 15 minute pro-rated increments
· ****traffic control is not charged for movement, traffic control fees are for construction area, set up (i.e. mobile home) or long term traffic control (1 hour or longer in single location)
